We’re one of the top neighborhoods in southeast Michigan, known for elegant homes and great neighbors.

Located in Northwest Detroit, our community offers activities with a focus on family and community involvement. As the only Detroit neighborhood with its own private community house and four acre park, our scenic tree-laden neighborhood is a safe place to call home.

ABOUT THE NORTH ROSEDALE PARK CENTENNIAL

The date was September 20, 1919 when the Wayne County Registrar of Deeds approved Subdivision No. 2, which became known as North Rosedale Park, followed by No. 3 in 1920 and by Nos. 5-12 platted in 1924. These subdivisions incorporated the land between Grand River Avenue and Six Mile Road (later McNichols), and from Southfield Road to Evergreen, except for a small rectangular section north of Puritan to Six Mile Road between Glastonbury and Sunderland.
